Bruno Selun CPF · Founder Bruno founded Kumquat Consult in 2013 out of passion for advancing progressive ideas in Europe.

His job and passion: helping clients achieve great outcomes in participatory gatherings. Since 2003, he has worked with a range of institutions, NGOs and foundations in Europe and the United States. He is widely praised for his analysis, strategic advice and communication skills, coupled with the empathy necessary to understand any organisation’s needs.

Before that, Bruno worked in the European Parliament advising 170+ elected Members from six political groups on controversial issues in civil liberties, justice, foreign affairs and human rights.

Bruno is an IAF-Certified™ Professional Facilitator, a member of the International Association of Facilitators, and serves on the board of its Belgian chapter. LinkedIn

Marie Dubost · Facilitation Associate Marie has worked with and for civil and non-profit organisations since 2010. Her experience lies mainly with social issues and human rights, such as sexual and reproductive rights and disability rights.

She is driven to support organisations in achieving impact by facilitating change, adaptation and strategic reflection. Marie has a degree from Brussels’ Solvay Business School, specialising in the governance, communications and strategic management of non-profit associations. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators. LinkedIn
