What data do we process?
We only collect and store the following data: your first and last name, your email address, and your place of work.
Why do we process it?
To keep you informed about our work, upcoming events, and jobs in our progressive community in Brussels.
Who processes it?
Only the staff at Kumquat Consult will be processing your data. We don’t plan to share your data with anyone, but if we ever do we’ll ask you first, and won’t share it without your written permission. If we share it, we’ll protect it with a password and/or encryption.
How do we process it?
We store your data on MailChimp, an e-mailing company that complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. See their Legal Policies for more details.
How long do we keep it?
We plan to keep your data until 2028 at the latest. If we end our activities before, we’ll let you know and offer to delete all your personal data.
How can you access it?
You can access your data by clicking “Update your preferences” or “Unsubscribe from this list” at the bottom of all our emails to you. If you can’t find that, please write us at hello@old.kumquat.eu
